The location of this hotel was perfect as it was close to the Minor subway station and in walking distance from a big avenue. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. The breakfast provided was acceptable and the staff were very helpful in arranging taxis and providing water in the room. I had a comfortable stay with great amenities.
Could not be improved in any way.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the comfortable room and the great indoor pool available - a perfect way to relax after long days of sightseeing. the hotel's location was also a plus, as it was conveniently located near public transportation stations, making it easy to explore the city. the staff was happy to book taxis when needed which saved us time and energy.
The breakfast offered by the hotel left something to be desired. the only available bread option was sliced packaged bread, which was disappointing considering the delicious fresh bread that Uzbekistan is known for.

new hotel is a two-minute walk from Amir Timur Avenue. Nice breakfast, helpful staff, pleasant atmosphere in the evening on the summer terrace of the restaurant.
In the "standard" rooms, the new furniture smells of lacquer, noise isolation is not very good. That's right, for the record, everything's great overall!

The hotel is new, at that time 20 days from the opening! Everthing clean! You guys are good at reception! Location - in our case it is excellent, close to the main street Amir Temir.

I had a blast at this hotel gym, pretending to be fit while munching on the free buffet breakfast. And the indoor pool? Perfect for my elegant synchronized swimming routine!
Oh, how wonderful it was to have an ATM in the hotel! Now I could withdraw money to pay for the ridiculously expensive airport shuttle service.

Didn't dislike anything.

Cofee absent with excuse "just finished" or "coffe machine not switch on at moment". One day they "forgot to clean room", second day they "forgot replace towels". When I planned check out I asked at least 40 min before 2 things - pls order taxi and pls prepare bill. Both things of cause wasn't done in time and I wait additional 20 minutes when they print bill and additional 15 min taxi. Just "NO COMMENTS". But the architecture of the building was magnificent. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to public transportation. It is near to a fruit market where you can find delicious locally grown fruit. The rooms are modern and clean, with comfortable beddings. A nice touch was having an indoor pool for guests to use.
The hotel staff is not very helpful and friendly. They were not accommodating during our stay, and did not meet our simple requests.

I recently stayed at Hotel Grand Capital for a few days and had a great experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station and has plenty of nice restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was helpful and spoke English, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the good breakfast and reliable internet. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Can recommend this hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located near a metro station and within walking distance to a major avenue. the rooms were decent with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the staff were somewhat helpful with arranging taxis and housekeeping requests. There were a few good restaurants and markets nearby but don't expect too much in terms of breakfast.
the hotel felt more like a hostel than a budget hotel and lacked basic amenities such as coffee and fresh towels.
